Biography
Dr. Kumar Ganesan is a Researcher at the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, where he applies his extensive training in biochemistry—including MSc, MPhil, and PhD degrees—to investigations spanning breast cancer, diabetes, and phytomedicine. With over 16 years of teaching and research experience, he has contributed significantly to the understanding of bioactive compounds and their health implications, exemplified by his highly cited 2017 critical review on polyphenols and the health benefits of black soybeans, which has garnered 282 citations.
