Journal of Antioxidant Activity (JAA) is an Open Access, peer-reviewed publication committed to advancing knowledge in nutrition, pharmacology, and related sciences. Our primary objective is to provide a platform for the dissemination of high-quality research and fundamental knowledge related to health and wellness. JAA seeks to publish contributions in areas such as the discovery and development of new antioxidants, mechanisms of action, clinical studies, and health benefits.
