Individual Researchers, Authors Membership

The Individual Membership is tailored for researchers, academics, and independent authors actively contributing to the scientific community. Members can benefit from special privileges to aid their publishing efforts, including discounts or exemptions on Article Processing Charges (APCs), faster processing of manuscripts, and access to language editing services. To qualify for the waiver, individuals must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript. Additionally, members may submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues, and receive a 30% discount on the special issue article processing charge (APC). Membership benefits also include a certificate and exclusive access to journal updates, as well as recognition on the journal’s website, enhancing visibility within the research community.

Student Membership

Our Student Membership program provides support and inspiration for research projects. Students can become members by submitting a short letter of recommendation from their department head, group leader, or supervisor. Once accepted, students can publish an unlimited number of papers in any of our esteemed journals during their membership term, gaining valuable experience in scholarly publishing. They will also receive a membership certificate and special discounts, offering an exceptional avenue for students to present their research and make a meaningful impact on the scientific community.

Institutional Membership

Academic institutions, such as universities and research labs, can optimize their research publication process by partnering with our publishing house through institutional memberships. These memberships offer the convenience of enabling multiple authors to publish under a single membership, streamlining administrative procedures for institutions. Additionally, institutions can take advantage of exclusive discounts and receive a certificate of membership to acknowledge their contributions to the scientific community.

Corporate/Industry Membership

Tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical organizations, and other commercial entities involved in research and innovation, our Corporate/Industry Membership facilitates strategic collaboration between industry and academia. Members benefit from discounted or waived article processing charges (APCs) for their employees, and may also be invited to contribute to special issues and collaborate on industry-focused editorials. Additionally, corporate members receive a certificate of membership, acknowledging and honoring their contributions to the scientific community.

How to Apply

To apply for membership, kindly select the appropriate membership plan and follow the provided instructions for submission, files can be submitted through membership@openaccesspub.org.
 

Applicants are requested to provide the following details for membership consideration:

- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Complete mailing address
- The journal(s) of interest
 

Additionally, applicants are encouraged to include any specific questions or special requests related to membership options. Once all required information is received and any clarifications have been addressed, we will promptly review and process the applications.

Important Points to be Noted

• We strongly encourage our members to renew their membership in a timely manner to ensure continuous access to benefits, following the relevant terms and conditions. Early renewal is advised to prevent any interruption in services.
• As a token of our gratitude for their ongoing support, existing members are offered a 10% discount on membership renewal fees. This discount applies when renewing before the current agreement expires.
• Please note that renewals submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the continuation of unused services.
